The first trip T and I ever took together was to NYC to visit my sister. We had been dating a couple of months and I wanted him to spend some time with my younger sister (to see what she thought of him!) so we drove down for the weekend. A few months later we went to the Cape together, then Chicago, and now T and I travel at least a couple of times a year. We try to get away once in the winter time, because winters can be so brutal in Boston. We’ll go somewhere like Florida or to an island. Recently, too, we’ve taken trips for weddings, and not just in the US – last year we were in Thailand and Mexico!
I thought it would be fun to relive some of our travels and share my four favorite vacations that we’ve taken together. I’m going to do this in a mini-series and will share what we did, why we loved each place, a packing list, and advice for couples who may be heading to those places. I hope you’re excited to read these, because I’m so excited to share!
