Giving the Cold Shoulder

I’m always game for trying out a new trend (well, within reason), so when the cold shoulder/off the shoulder situation started to get aggressive, I jumped in and bought this flowy top.

top (sold out, similar here) / jeans (similar) / heels / bag / sunglasses / earrings / nail color

I’m finding that about 90% of my closet is blue (#sendhelp), so no one should be surprised that when I clicked “add to cart” it was on the blue floral pattern. This top is a little more boxy than ones I normally wear, but it’s airy and feels feminine. It would be an easy top to take from day to night by just wearing a blazer or sweater at work and taking it off to go out. If you don’t work in an environment where you can wear jeans to work, it would be cute paired with a pencil skirt or skinny pants. P.S. It comes in a romper version, too!

Do you guys like my new bracelet? 😉 My mom is always yelling at me to not wear an elastic on my wrist, but it’s such a habit! Does anyone else do it, too?

Anyway… There are so many options out there right now to try out the trend. I recently bought this top in white (it also comes in a bunch of colors– the coral is so pretty!) and plan to live in it (plus cutoffs) this summer. Here are some of my top picks to try the trend:

Tops (all under $100)

Dresses (under $175)
